Job Overview: Play a pivotal role in B2B and B2C branches, focusing on social media and graphic design tasks. Work within the Design Team, report to the Art Director and receive additional guidance from the Managing Directors.
- Craft engaging social media posts and captions across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Elevate the company’s social media presence in terms of revenue, followers, and engagement.
- Develop a marketing event calendar, schedule relevant activities, and actively participate in weekly team meetings.
- Stay abreast of current social media trends to keep our content fresh and ahead of the curve.
- Engage with customer comments, feedback, and messages, ensuring effective communication on social channels.
- Strategically plan and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement and reach new audiences.
- Create compelling graphic and video content for social media sharing.
- Collaborate with affiliate partners.
- Analyse and report social media data for review by the Art Director and Management Team.
- Design various marketing assets, including emails, print materials, and website images.
- Manage E-commerce back-end spreadsheets (Stock/New products on Shopify-based platforms).
- Receive basic training for packaging graphic design.
Skills:
- Proficient in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Skilled in video creation using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Loomly) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of paid social advertising, including targeting, bidding, and ad creative optimisation.
- Expertise in content creation and curation for social media, including writing and editing.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance social media effectiveness and achieve business goals.
