Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Senior Software Engineers who live and breathe mobile technology with expert knowledge of Android development to join us working with our media client. You will have the opportunity to build the next generation of their children's educational mobile/tablet application whilst working in close collaboration with other disciplines in a highly cross-functional and autonomous environment.
The successful applicant will have:
- Expert Kotlin and Android SDK knowledge
- Comfortable with Jetpack Compose functional programming using MVVM architecture
- Experience of at least one testing framework
- Enjoy working following the Agile Scrum methodology
You will make a key contribution to the entire development lifecycle including writing new features, fixing bugs, and performing code reviews. Additionally, you will be coaching existing Swift/iOS team members by upskilling them on Android development to enable them to work across both platforms.
