Role Overview: We’re looking for a senior Sales Development Representative who can confidently engage with senior stakeholders in small, medium and large organisations. Your job is to:

  • Understand technology and delivery challenges
  • Identify active or emerging initiatives
  • Arrange high‑quality meetings for senior sales leaders to progress

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and act as the first trusted point of contact for potential Spyrosoft clients. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research and engage target organisations using phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Secure conversations with CTOs, Heads of Engineering, CIOs, and senior technology leaders
  • Tailor outreach based on industry, company context, and role
  • Uncover planned or emerging transformation initiatives
  • Qualify opportunities based on relevance, timing, and fit
  • Provide clear context and insight ahead of meetings (challenges, drivers, priorities)
  • Ensure handovers support strong conversion and meaningful follow‑up
  • Maintain accurate HubSpot CRM records and opportunity context
  • Contribute to early pipeline creation through well‑qualified opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Any other reasonable requests in line with your job role

Skills and Experience:

  • 4–6+ years’ experience as an SDR/BDR in technology, software, or IT services
  • Proven experience engaging senior technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong discovery/qualification skills - you know how to ask the right questions
  • Confidence discussing technology challenges (engineering, delivery, transformation)
  • Comfortable working autonomously and owning outcomes
  • Excellent spoken and written communication

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience in software consultancy, professional services, MS/MVP partner, or similar
  • Background selling into mid‑market or enterprise organisations
  • Familiarity with technical delivery models (teams, augmentation, transformation, cloud, data, AI)

  • Not focused on vanity metrics like call counts

  • Commission: Uncapped based on percentage of net-profit
