Role Overview
As a Senior Technical Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and advanced Technology and AI solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business challenges into data-driven strategies, shaping, prototyping and consulting on innovative technology concepts and AI solutions that drive measurable impact. This role also contributes to the growth and development of our AI Consulting capability within the UK market. You will be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions and pre-sales activities, proposal creation, identifying technology and AI opportunities and defining project scope.
- Proven GenAI and LLM expertise, from RAG and fine-tuning to observability, focused on driving measurable business outcomes.
- Advise on technology and architecture decisions, balancing cost, risk, and performance.
- Advising on end-to-end technology and AI projects, ensuring quality, stakeholder alignment, and business impact.
- Any other reasonable requests in line with your job role.
Skills And Experience
Essential
- Proven experience in technology and AI consulting including software development with a strong track record of delivering business value.
- Proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with AI/ML tools (e.g., Jupyter, MLflow, Vertex AI, Azure ML, Amazon SageMaker).
- Experience of creating delivery client-facing proof of concepts.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps best practices.
- Experience with Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering).
Desirable
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
