Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced C#/.NET & Angular Full Stack Engineer to join an exciting team developing the next generation of a Mid-Sized Fleet Telematics platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a business-critical product that is transforming fleet management through innovative technology. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing modern cloud-based applications using the latest Microsoft technologies while contributing to a product that delivers real value to thousands of customers.
As a senior member of the engineering team, you'll work across the full technology stack, building scalable backend services with .NET Core and Entity Framework, while creating intuitive, high-performance user experiences using modern Angular and RxJS. Alongside delivering new features, you'll help improve the technical health of the platform by identifying opportunities to enhance performance, maintainability, and quality. You'll collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and QA within a highly agile environment, taking ownership of technical decisions and helping to shape the future direction of the platform.
We're seeking someone with a genuine passion for software engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and the confidence to lead by example. You'll have extensive commercial experience developing enterprise-grade applications, a solid understanding of integration testing, and a commitment to delivering clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. If you enjoy working with modern technologies, influencing technical direction, mentoring others, and delivering high-quality software within a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you. Essential Skills:
- Strong C# & .NET experience
- Up to date Angular experience

Experience:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or similar work-based experience.
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer ideally with a focus on media-related projects.
- Very good working knowledge of standard software development frameworks, techniques and methodologies.
- Experience with providing coaching and mentoring.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, contributing to the development of business scenarios.
- Knowledge of software development tools and technologies.
- You are flexible and curious in your approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
