Role Overview: We’re looking for two talented Software Developers to join our dynamic team based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for developing robust and scalable applications using Java, working within a Linux environment, and leveraging the power of Amazon AWS cloud infrastructure. You’ll apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) principles to ensure reliability and maintainability and will play an active role in building and maintaining microservices architectures. Collaboration and clear communication are essential, as you’ll be working closely with your peers to deliver efficient, high-quality code that meets business objectives. We’re seeking someone who takes pride in writing clean, well-documented, and testable code, with solid experience in unit and component testing. While Java expertise is essential, familiarity with Ruby and Python will be considered an advantage. Experience or interest in video technologies and video streaming/packaging would also be beneficial.   • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, contributing to the development of business scenarios.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional information

  • Duration of the contract: initially 6 months with the possibility of extension – contract FTC (full-time).
  • Application Process: In addition to our standard recruitment process, you will be invited to a final online face-to-face meeting with our client, for you to meet them and learn more about the role.
