As a Mid-Weight Full-Stack Developer, you'll build and maintain web applications for a range of client products, working on both front-end and back-end. You'll work closely with account managers, designers, and QA Engineers at every stage of delivery, from defining requirements through to release and ongoing support.

What you'll own
The work sits across client products, from the first requirement through to release.
- 01 Build and maintain web applications and managed products, including front-end interfaces and back-end services
- 02 Turn product requirement documents (PRDs) into well-built, reliable features
- 04 Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude) every day for coding, testing and code review
- 05 Take ownership of the performance, quality and reliability of what you ship, including troubleshooting and debugging
- 06 Take part in code reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback
- 07 Balance priorities across several projects, working with colleagues and client stakeholders
- 08 Contribute ideas to improve development processes and stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices
Your experience
What we're looking for
- 01 Proven experience as a full-stack developer, working confidently and independently at mid-weight level (5 years+ experience)
- 02 Demonstrable experience using AI-assisted development tools to deliver projects
- 03 Strong skills in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React and Next.js
- 04 Working knowledge of PostgreSQL (experience with Supabase is a plus)
- 05 Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- 06 Experience writing unit, integration and e2e tests with Jest/Vitest and Playwright
- 07 Comfortable using Git and working within agile delivery
- 08 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- 09 Clear communication skills and the ability to manage several projects at once
- 10 A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- 01 Experience of other coding languages, specifically Ruby/Ruby on Rails
- 02 Experience working with headless CMS platforms (e.g. Sanity CMS, Contentful)
- 03 Familiarity with event-driven architectures
