Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for supporting dynamic teams? Pearpoint, a growing company in Bordon, is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to join our Sales and Service team. About the Role: As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our Sales, Service, and Distribution operations. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing administrative and clerical support to the Sales and Service teams. * Assisting with customer communications, bookings, and payment processing. * Handling quotes, orders, and work orders using our ERP and CRM systems. * Supporting customer service with efficient and friendly interactions. * Assisting with spare part orders and managing imports and exports. What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in office administration. * Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems. * Excellent communication and organisational abilities. * A proactive, adaptable approach to work and meeting deadlines.
