Join our team as a Back Office Support Specialist and play a key role in delivering excellent customer support behind the scenes. You will manage customer queries and complaints, coordinate with internal teams, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, solution-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships and making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries and back-office activities via CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Process returns, credits, and free-of-charge orders.
  • Support customer and product master data updates.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
