Responsibilities
- Data Management
- Ensure compliance with data protection and GDPR for our clients and our own processes.
- Campaign Management
- Plan, implement and report on marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, demand and engagement, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and correct measurement to maximise ROI.
- Undertake detailed analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure KPIs are met.
- Communications
- Write and edit copy for marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, letters, emails).
- Work with subject‑matter experts to create thought‑leadership articles, position papers and journalistic pieces for lead generation and customer engagement; maintain the content/editorial calendar.
- Create and distribute press releases.
- Manage the design and maintenance of all marketing assets—case studies, brochures, adverts, flyers and other business‑related material—to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
- Digital
- Develop and manage campaigns across digital platforms including social media, PPC and SEO.
- Support maintenance and improvement of the company website.
- Track and analyse website traffic; provide regular internal reports.
- Research online media opportunities (forums, webinars, podcasts, blogs) that benefit the business.
- New Business
- Design presentations for bids, new business proposals and award submissions.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to produce sales enablement resources such as sales aids, toolkits and content.
- Marketing Services
- Build a marketing services proposition to offer clients.
- Develop client marketing strategies.
- Internal Communications
- Curate interesting findings from internal experts and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.
Required Skills
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles
