We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive receptionist to join our busy and growing accountancy practice in Tonbridge, Kent. In this role, you will handle a variety of reception and administrative tasks to help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office. This is an interesting role within a fast-paced environment, where accuracy and efficiency are essential. Full training and ongoing support provided.
Telephone, email and face-to-face contact with clients is an essential part of this role, so excellent communication skills are required. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grades 4 and above (or equivalent).
Key Responsibilities:- Managing incoming and outgoing post.
- Answering telephone calls promptly in a polite and professional manner, taking clear and precise messages.
- Daily filing which will include photocopying and scanning.
- Booking client records in and out of the office in an accurate and well managed manner.
- Book appointments, manage meeting rooms and maintain an up-to-date calendar.
