Our Therapeutic Alliance brings together skilled counsellors and dedicated administrative support to ensure young people can access the right help, at the right time. We offer flexible support including school‑based sessions, community‑based counselling and secure online appointments. With a strong focus on relationship‑building, emotional safety and evidence‑based practice, our team helps young people understand their feelings, build resilience and move forward with greater confidence. ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Deliver one‑to‑one therapeutic counselling to children and young people across schools, centres and online.
  • Manage your own caseload and complete initial assessments.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential therapeutic records.
  • Liaise with professionals, families and school staff as required.
  • Respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns in line with policy.
  • Work flexibly on a self‑employed basis, with own insurance, DBS and membership.

ABOUT YOU

  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People.
  • Registered with BACP/UKCP and committed to ethical practice.
  • Experience counselling children and young people across varied settings.
  • Able to build rapport, show empathy and maintain professional boundaries.
  • Strong organisational, communication and record‑keeping skills.
