Our comprehensive services include personalised one-on-one support, dynamic parenting advice and groups, assistance with accessing vital statutory and community services. This is a home-based role, but not a remote position. Regular and frequent travel across the whole of the North Wiltshire area is required to meet families in their homes, schools, and community venues. As a full-time practitioner, you will hold a caseload of families, which will involve travelling across a wide geographical area.

ABOUT YOU
- Hold a Level 3 or above qualification in social work, family studies, youth and community work, psychology, or a related field.
- Bring experience of supporting children, young people and families, including case management and tailored support planning.
- Have strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and early intervention practices.
- Communicate with confidence and compassion, building trust with families and professionals alike.
- Organise and prioritise a busy caseload, keeping accurate records and delivering positive outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with schools, health services, and community partners to coordinate support.
- Be adaptable, empathetic, and resilient, with a genuine commitment to empowering families.
- Able to travel independently and reliably across the North Wiltshire area to meet the demands of the role.
