About the Role:
- Deliver oneâtoâone therapeutic counselling to children and young people across schools, centres and online.
- Manage your own caseload and complete initial assessments.
- Maintain accurate and confidential therapeutic records.
- Liaise with professionals, families and school staff as required.
- Respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns in line with policy.
- Work flexibly on a selfâemployed basis, with own insurance, DBS and membership.
About You:
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People.
- Registered with BACP/UKCP and committed to ethical practice.
- Experience counselling children and young people across varied settings.
- Able to build rapport, show empathy and maintain professional boundaries.
- Strong organisational, communication and recordâkeeping skills.
- Committed to reflective practice and ongoing CPD.
