Are you a confident leader with a passion for delivering excellent service? Specialist Passenger Solutions is looking for a Supervisor to join our on-site team in Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in one of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects. As a Supervisor you’ll ensure safe, reliable, and customer-focused operations across our depots. Using our tracking systems, you’ll manage drivers, buses, and passenger flow, solving problems quickly and keeping services on time. We transport thousands of clients to and from the site every day, working 24/7 to ensure that construction remains on schedule. We are first and foremost a people business with our colleagues and clients at the heart of everything we do. We bring together an exceptional mix of people to provide specialist passenger transport and we are dedicated to delivering excellence.
Key tasks:
- Promote safety and positive behaviour on-site
- Manage daily scheduling, driver allocation, and vehicle issues
- Handle customer queries and manage queues
- Oversee bus stands and secure gate areas
- Record passenger data and shift information accurately
- Support SPS values and teamwork across all operations
- Ensure compliance with company and safety standards
What You’ll Need:
- Supervisory experience
- Confident with IT
- Customer service or complaint-handling experience
- Flexible to work shifts (24/7 operation)
- Full driving licence
- Knowledge of the transport sector
