As Documents Records Manager, you will perform a variety of tasks related to the Records Management system and destructions, client reporting, KPI, and Project Management. You will be expected to manage the staff with the Data and Systems team and support other Senior Managers when appropriate. We welcome candidates with existing records experience who are eager to develop their skills and progress into a senior or records management position. You will be working onsite at our prestigious client, Ernst & Young (EY).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing of records for destruction including correspondence with relevant client teams
- Responsible for proactively collecting and collating data
- Ability to interpret raw data and present meaningful information in a variety of formats
- Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, in particular experience in manipulating data using Excel
- Ability to work confidently with large data sets
- Demonstrable practical experience and knowledge of providing data visualisation and analysis
- Process all requests using file tracking system
- Assist in the collation of information on this service area for inclusion in monthly reports
- Responsible for maintenance of data collection and reporting mechanisms
- Work collaboratively to proactively identify issues of concern emerging from data trends
- Answering client queries via e-mail or phone
- Management of staff
General
- Assist other SPS onsite management where required
- Engage and build relationships with end users and client contacts
- Take an active part in all staff training and development provided by SPS, client, or external suppliers
- Attend and contribute in-team meetings and/or other meetings as requested
- Ensure contractual SLAs are adhered to
