S Phillips Window Cleaning Company is looking for a reliable and hardworking Self-Employed Window Cleaner to join our friendly team on a subcontracted basis. If you\'re someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and wants regular, reliable work – this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What We Offer:
- All work is pre-booked for you
- Company vehicle and professional equipment provided
- Weekly pay ranging from £400–£600+ - this is a rough estimate based on workload completed and hours worked
- Monday to Friday schedule (3–8 hours per day) or Part-time
- Weekends and Bank Holidays off
- Ongoing work all year-round
What We\'re Looking For:
- A flexible and dependable individual with a strong work ethic
- A candidate who is comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- A friendly individual who can build good rapport with customers
- Must have a full UK driving licence with (to use company vehicle)
- Previous window and exterior cleaning experience is preferred
- Willingness to work early mornings and occasionally an evening when required as well as working throughout the UK summer holidays
Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be prepared to complete various different exterior cleaning jobs including external and internal window cleaning, pressure washing, fascia and soffit cleaning and gutter clearances
- The candidate must be willing to complete both residential cleaning and commercial cleaning jobs dependant on what has been booked for them by the admin team
- The candidate will be provided with and expected to wear branded uniform whilst working
- The candidate must ensure job completion forms are signed by the customer for commercial premises
- The candidate must ensure they complete daily end of day slips which are posted in at base
- The candidate will be expected to take care of equipment and complete weekly tasks for the company vehicle they are predominantly using for example washing down the vehicle and checking the oil level
- The candidate must have a personal smart phone that they can use for work purposes to download a cleaning app in order to access their daily workload
- The candidate must communicate effectively with our admin team throughout the week via telephone and text
- The successful candidate will be expected to travel to Christchurch each morning to collect the company vehicle and fill up water and prepare equipment for the day and return the vehicle at the end of each day; therefore it may be beneficial for the candidate to live within a reasonable distance of Christchurch
