General Workshop Support / Operative in Wolverhampton

Full Time | Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands | Pay: National Minimum Wage (or higher depending on experience) | Hours: Monday to Friday, plus every other Saturday

SPS Technology Services (part of The Big Phone Store) is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our busy workshop team in Wolverhampton.

This is a varied, hands‑on role supporting the day‑to‑day operation of our workshop.

You’ll be involved in picking, packing, stock handling, and supporting different departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The Role

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Sorting stock and keeping the workshop clean and organised
• Preparing and processing stock arrivals, including large deliveries
• Supporting different teams and departments as required
• Following instructions and working to agreed processes

• Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Good level of spoken and written English (to follow instructions and communicate clearly)
