The Repair Inspector is responsible for identifying, quoting, and closing repair and equipment upgrade opportunities including new maintenance upsells to customers not on weekly service. - Partner with operations and technicians to ensure smooth job execution.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM of all quotes, communications, and outcomes.
- Proactively identify and pursue new repair opportunities within existing service customers.
- Educate customers on energy-efficient and performance-improving equipment options.
- Cloverleaf around current inspections to offer weekly maintenance services or repair inspections to neighboring houses.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Meet and exceed daily inspection goal of 6-8 inspections per day and close rate goals.
- Utilize coached sales methodologies to deliver sales goals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales or repair in the pool industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with pool systems, plumbing, or electrical required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
