We are offering a long term career, with opportunities for ground up training and development, career growth, future development including foreign assignment and relocations, and the chance to earn some five figure monthly commissions. At SPS International we specialise in tracking down and approaching leaders of industry, the most successful and talented crop of candidates, from an exclusive pool of resources only accessible through the use of our Forensic search methodology.

You will exclusively be working on fully retained search projects, globally, offering the chance of frequent travel to both client and candidate meetings, and/or other SPS International offices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Complete ownership of the recruitment process from client acquisition to placement
  • Develop a specialist market sector globally
  • Consulting on Forensic search “the best recruitment method” to clients
  • Interviewing, assessing and consulting with high level contacts and leaders from various industries and skill sets
  • Account Management
  • Learn how to effectively network and develop your business
  • Build solid networks across your industry

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidates will have the following experience:

  • Graduate, or One to two years in recruitment or a target driven sales environment
  • A professional manner and approach with the ability to travel when needed.
  • Experience of working to deadlines.
  • Confidence on the phone or in meetings face to face.
  • An inquisitive disposition – not afraid to ask a question.
  • A second language or dual nationality could be beneficial but is not essential.
