Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Trainee 360, based in the City of London with flexible work-from-home options. The role involves building strong relationships with clients and candidates, creating multiple touch points throughout the day, digital, via phone, and face to face. Generating leads and sales meetings. International travel to client sites, trade shows, and exhibitions is required as well. Additional responsibilities include supporting senior consultants, understanding client requirements, and identifying top talent to match their needs.
