Position Summary
We are seeking an Account Executive based in the UK to join our Revenue Recovery Sales Team.
In this direct sales role, you will drive new business in Europe through prospecting, territory management, and occasional onsite visits and events across Europe to the UK market.
You will collaborate with the sales engineering team and ensure smooth transitions to the implementation team.
Once onboarded, customers will remain in your territory for upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
This role emphasizes acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing clients.
Performance is measured by a quota‑based defined sales territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a prescriptive sales process to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within a defined sales territory, and prospect for new clients through various strategies.
- Engage and nurture qualified leads from different teams and cross‑sell or upsell to existing customers.
- Nurture prospects and current customers; cross‑sell and upsell existing subscribers.
- Maintain a rolling 90‑day pipeline to meet or exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) quota while documenting key activities and insights in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the account team to leverage existing SPS relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with Customer Success.
- Maintain customer satisfaction; respond to customers in a timely manner; ensure the customer has proper alignment with Customer Success.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant sales experience, or post‑secondary education with 3 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 1 year in a commission‑based sales role.
- Fluent in English.
- Effective communicator with strong verbal, non‑verbal, and written skills, capable of adjusting tone and style to engage in different audiences.
- Deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value of our products.
- Demonstrated integrity, relationship‑building skills, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to clearly translate and communicate business issues and technical information to individuals with varied levels of expertise.
- Takes full ownership of projects from conception to completion, requiring minimal supervision.
- Proven track record of success in selling solutions to Enterprise level clients.
- Nice to have experience in a Saa S environment.
- Nice to have proficiency in a second language – German, French, Italian.

Hybrid position within the Belfast Office – 3 days per week in the office.
