This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London area, United Kingdom, for a Graduate Surveyor. The Graduate Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as:

  • Managing client relationships

Qualifications:

Pay: £28k - £38k (depending on experience)

APC: Commitment to gaining RICS qualification (if not already attained) and continuing professional development. Training is offered and expectation that you will join an existing surveyor on the 24 month structured training in Jan 27.

Candidate Requirement:

  • Candidates are expected to have completed an RICS Accredited degree in building surveying within the UK
  • Based in the UK and understand legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to the construction sector
  • Ideally have experience in a construction capacity (work experience or volunteering work), as this will differentiate you from other candidates
