The predicted salary is between 13.68 - 13.68 £ per hour.
We are looking to increase our EYFS staff team from September. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic TA who has experience in EYFS and/or KS1, this is essential. The role will be working in our well-resourced EYFS provision and the successful candidate will have the ability to assess children’s learning and development as well as planning for their next steps. Hours of work, 8.40am – 12noon / 1pm- 3.10pm + 30 mins MSA, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will have:
- Level 3 teaching assistant qualification
- Previous experience of working with EYFS/KS1 children in a school setting
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work under the direction of the teacher, but is able to use their own initiative to support learning
- The ability to establish a positive relationship with children, parents and staff
- A secure knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and KS1 curriculum
