Senior Lawyer
We’re looking for a Senior Lawyer with at least four years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in general commercial and corporate law to join our UK team.
Key Qualifications
- 4+ years PQE in general commercial and corporate law, preferably from a leading private practice or in‑house environment in England or Wales.
- Experience in a common‑law jurisdiction such as Australia, New Zealand or Canada is welcomed.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of most matters.
- Specialisation in Technology & IP, Privacy / GDPR, or Employment law is a plus.
Key Skills
- Personable and experienced in working directly with clients.
- Commercial mindset with a track record of building client relationships.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable operating our technology platforms.
- Previous leadership or training experience is desirable.
- Independent, efficient and results‑oriented.
Responsibilities
- Own commercial and corporate law matters from initiation through to completion.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with a distributed team and drive process improvement.

Compensation
£55,000 – £60,000 per year (London).
Work Rights & Sponsorship
Ideal candidates will have valid working rights in the UK. Visa support and flight costs may be covered for the right applicant, limited to passport holders from Australia, New Zealand or Canada who are eligible for the Youth Mobility visa and have practised law in the UK or another specified jurisdiction.
