We’re looking for a Senior Lawyer with at least four years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in general commercial and corporate law to join our UK team.
Key Qualifications
- 4+ years PQE in general commercial and corporate law, preferably from a leading private practice or in‑house environment in England or Wales.
- Experience in a common‑law jurisdiction such as Australia, New Zealand or Canada is welcomed.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of most matters.
- Specialisation in Technology & IP, Privacy / GDPR, or Employment law is a plus.
