We’re a disruptive new kind of legal services provider with a mission to change the way legal services are delivered. Our mission is to provide affordable and accessible legal services for startups and small businesses. After years of award‑winning growth in Australia, our business expanded into the UK market in 2020. We’re focused on efficiency, simplicity and embracing technology, and in the UK, have been recognised with awards including Alternative Legal Service Provider of the Year (British Legal Awards), Innovator of the Year (British Legal Technology Awards), and Innovation of the Year (Modern Law Awards).
We offer clients a range of fixed‑fee legal packages covering everything that small businesses and startups need – company set up, contract review and negotiation, employment, capital raising and data protection. We run our business like a tech startup, with user experience, creativity and lean thinking at the core of our culture.

However, this also allows us to consider a broader range of candidates for this role. Since we can hire employees with international legal qualifications, UK qualifications are highly valued but not essential. Additionally, while experience within UK firms is a strong advantage, we also welcome applicants with experience in other common law jurisdictions.
Cultural Requirements
At Sprintlaw, we operate differently to traditional law firms. We’re a remote first, tech enabled team that values trust, autonomy and outcomes over hours spent online. - Takes ownership and manages their workload independently.
