My client, a busy Vehicle Dealership with over 10 sites in the UK, are looking for an experienced and competent Service Advisor to join their friendly team in South Normanton area. The ideal candidate will have Van, Fleet or HGV experience and come from a dealership.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone
- Dealing with customers on the reception desk
- Booking in vehicles for service, maintenance schedules and inspections
- Providing progress updates and estimates to our customers
- General admin duties to include typing up jobs/invoices, uploading documents and emailing
- VOR Reporting and filing
- Customer post repair follow up calls
The ideal candidate:
- Will have Automotive Dealership experience
- Will have either Fleet/Automotive or Workshop experience
- Be competent with computer systems
- Be customer focused
