FLEET COORDINATOR My client has a new role available for a Fleet Coordinator / Fleet Administrator / Site Coordinator / Yard Coordinator. Location of the Fleet Coordinator / Fleet Administrator / Site Coordinator / Yard Coordinator: Dunstable Salary of the Fleet Coordinator / Fleet Administrator / Site Coordinator / Yard Coordinator: £28,000.00 pa Hours of work for the Fleet Coordinator / Fleet Administrator / Site Coordinator / Yard Coordinator: Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm with 30 minute lunch break Purpose of the Fleet Coordinator / Fleet Administrator / Site Coordinator / Yard Coordinator: Reporting to the Fleet Manager your role will be to coordinate relevant areas of the yard and ensure vehicles are dealt with efficiently Responsibilities of the Fleet Coordinator / Fleet Administrator / Site Coordinator / Yard Coordinator:  Ensure parking areas are kept clean and tidy.  On receipt of vehicles, thoroughly assess to determine any damage, mechanical issues and if kitted. Followed up by informing all relevant departments.  Assist and Liaise with the Stores/Plant Department where necessary.  Update fleet on mechanical issues and work closely with the mechanics to ensure vehicles ready for re issue.  Allocate cone / key numbers and park vehicles in respective areas.  Ensure vehicles are ready for issue.  Issue vehicles to clients ensuring all relevant documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner.  Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations  Any other appropriate duties.
