Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Content Creation Specialist / Social Media Specialist to join a Motor Vehicle Group and bring their Digital Content forward.

Location: Birmingham / West Midlands

Salary: Up to £40,000.00 depending on experience

There will be travel required some days to visit the other sites and interact with all the branches.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday days

My client, a commercial vehicle motor group, is looking for a passionate and creative Content Creation Specialist for their Group. You will need to be based in the West Midlands, Birmingham area, as you will be required to travel to the other branches some days and promote the entire brand.

The role involves:

  • Creating social media content that gets people talking, producing visually stunning and engaging social media content that fosters conversation and increases engagement.
  • Engaging with teams across the business to understand what is happening at site level and showcasing this to their online following.
  • Analysing social media data and insights to track performance and inform your social strategy.
  • Managing online social communities to generate conversations and monitor engagement.
  • Building highly innovative and inherently social campaigns for key projects that resonate with their target audience and community.
  • Bringing brilliant ideas to help position them as leaders in their field.
  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships online, proactively engaging with relevant individuals, influencers, and groups to grow their community.
  • Keeping up to date with social media trends, advancements, and best practices.
  • Utilising deep understanding of SEO best practices and platform-specific strategies to optimise reach and engagement.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A Social Media Master: Approving and managing the content calendar, coordinating the creation and distribution of compelling content.
