A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Tamworth is looking for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from November 2025. For the right candidate, this role could lead to a long-term or permanent position within the school.

Your Role
- Provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs
- Assist in delivering engaging, accessible lessons in and outside the classroom
- Adapt learning resources to meet diverse learning styles and abilities
- Encourage independence, confidence, and active participation in learning
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to deliver holistic support

- Graduate or soon-to-be graduate (all subject areas considered)
- Experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential
