Sprint Education Recruitment is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students with SEN and complex needs across Leicester in mainstream and specialist settings.

A psychology degree helps you understand attachment, development and behaviour, but this role puts those concepts into classroom practice through everyday support.

You'll work 1:1 or in small groups, adapt tasks with staff strategies, and help students stay engaged across the day.
