We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary school in Lichfield, Staffordshire. This is a full-time role commencing in March 2026, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The Role

Providing one-to-one and small group support for students with a variety of special educational needs

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a school setting.
