About the roles
We’re recruiting Teaching Assistants for full-time, long-term and permanent SEN roles across Coventry. Placements may be within:

Specialist SEN schools and alternative provisions
You may be supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, depending on the setting and needs.
Typical responsibilities include:

Supporting pupils with additional needs throughout the school day

Helping pupils stay regulated, engaged, and ready to learn

Following guidance from teachers and SENCOs to meet individual needs
*
Supporting routines, transitions, and positive behaviour approaches

Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils over time

Providing a calm, consistent adult presence in a Coventry-area setting
