What we're looking for * A calm, patient manner and the ability to stay grounded when things are hard. * At least six months' experience supporting children, ideally in a school setting. * Strong communication with pupils, families and colleagues. * A real commitment to children with SEN, including those with more complex needs. * A degree in psychology or child development is advantageous, though it isn't essential. * Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced TA, you're encouraged to get in touch.
