Sprint Education Recruitment is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Lichfield, starting September 2026. You will provide one-to-one support for a pupil with additional learning needs, working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to enable curriculum access, independence, and progress throughout the day.

The role offers ongoing development opportunities with a view to a permanent position for the right candidate, subject to school.
