The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Sprinklr is a trusted advisor responsible for delivering technical consulting and platform architecture guidance to our strategic customers across both Core (Marketing, Social, Ads, Insights) and Service (Care, Contact Center) product domains. TAMs help customers maximize the value of their Sprinklr investment by advising on integrations, AI workflows, solution architecture, and operational scale. They act as long-term technical partners to IT and business leaders, bridging the gap between Sprinklr capabilities and customer objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with REST/JSON APIs, system integrations, and webhooks.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems like Salesforce, Dynamics, Adobe, Oracle, SAP, and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of software languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or Ruby.
- Proven ability to lead technical engagements across stakeholders and levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business goals into scalable, technical implementation paths.
- Data fluency: ability to interpret telemetry, product usage, and marketing KPIs and convert into strategic actions.
- Experience as a technical advisor to enterprise IT teams.
- Prior hands-on experience with Sprinklr or similar CX/CCaaS platforms.
- Ability to align platform architecture to customer OKRs and KPIs.
- Familiarity with AI workflow optimization and tuning.
- Experience leading technical delivery in high-scale environments.
- Comfort working in a global, fast-paced SaaS organization.
