Sprinklr is recognized as a top-ranked CX platform provider to innovate and transform the Front Office, offering leading-edge AI technology that helps global corporations transform customer engagement. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about the customer experience revolution and can inspire others to harness its potential for business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: As a second-line leader, you will inspire, mentor, and enable your team of first-line managers and Account Executives. You will coach them on best practices, conduct performance reviews, and foster a diverse culture of continuous improvement, ensuring they have the support and tools needed for professional growth. You will be responsible for optimizing your team’s contributions to the overall regional objectives, driving excellence and engagement.
- Sales Execution: You will take ownership of territory management, leading your team of Account Executives to achieve divisional revenue goals (both quarterly and annually). You will also oversee AE hiring and retention targets, ensuring the continued growth and success of your team. By being actively involved in key deals and account strategies, you will demonstrate leadership through action, driving large, strategic deals to closure.
- Deal Strategy: You understand how to navigate and structure complex, enterprise-wide SaaS deals. You’ll provide hands-on support to your team, leading by example in winning strategic deals. As a disciplined sales leader, you will champion the use of structured sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC, to ensure your team is re-qualifying deals and consistently driving pipeline accuracy.
- Forecasting & Reporting: You will streamline the flow of information for sales activities, including leads, billings, contracts, and transactions. By evaluating data and planning effectively, you will ensure divisional goals are met while identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: As a key leader, you will work in close partnership with other departments, including solutions consultancy, corporate marketing, and customer success, to align on strategies that drive both revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will foster strong internal and external relationships to ensure the seamless execution of corporate initiatives and client success.
- Talent Development & Recruitment: You will be instrumental in identifying, recruiting, and developing the next generation of sales leaders, helping Sprinklr continue to cultivate a high-performing, diverse world-class salesforce.
- C-Level Engagement: You will build and own C-level relationships with customers and strategic partners. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence key stakeholders and demonstrate the value of Sprinklr’s solutions at the highest levels.
- General Management Mindset: You will operate with a GM mentality, taking full accountability for all facets of the business in your region, including growth strategy, financial performance, and team leadership.
Who You Are & Qualifications
- Proven Sales Leadership: You have successfully led and developed high-performance sales teams, transforming raw talent into top-performing Account Executives who consistently exceed targets. You have experience managing a team of at least four first-line managers and overseeing a total team of 20+ sales professionals.
- Enterprise Sales Expertise: With 10-15+ years of enterprise software sales experience, you have a deep understanding of the intricacies of SaaS sales. You’ve faced the full spectrum of challenges in structuring and closing complex, enterprise-wide deals.
- Talent Developer: You have a track record of identifying and nurturing individual contributors, helping them grow into leadership roles. You create an environment where learning, collaboration, and growth thrive.
- Passionate about Customer Experience: You’re a thought leader in the customer experience revolution, understanding how changing consumer expectations and digital transformation impact global brands. Your knowledge of social media platforms and their influence on business operations is essential.
- Relationship-Driven: You understand the importance of building relationships—internally and externally. You inspire your team to value long-term client relationships as a key to sustainable growth.
- Results-Oriented: You know that success is achieved by being active and engaged in the field. You’re comfortable attending industry events, networking, and supporting your team in both in-office and out-of-office environments to drive results.
- Strategic & Analytical: You’re highly disciplined, structured, and detail-oriented, able to assess data, manage pipeline accuracy, and forecast effectively. You understand how to leverage insights to optimize sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
We focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers. Our vision was clear: to unify fragmented teams, tools and data — helping large organizations build deeper, more meaningful connections with the people they serve. Today, Sprinklr has a unified, AI-native platform for four product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Marketing, and Sprinklr Insights. Sprinklr is here to do three things:
- Lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Unified-CXM.
- Empower companies to deliver next generation, unified engagement journeys that reimagine the customer experience.
- Create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability.
We believe in our product: Customers who value exceptional customer experiences have what they need on our single unified platform, built with an operating system approach on a single codebase. That means that everything — and everyone — can work together to service, respond, sell, and market to customers on the channels they prefer. While Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) as a category is just getting started, we are well on our way to creating a no-compromise, unified approach to better customer experiences for the world’s leading enterprise brands.
We invest in our people: We offer a comprehensive suite of benefits designed to help each member of our team thrive.
