Role Overview
Sprinklr is looking for a pre‑sales Lead Solutions Consultant who will partner with Sales and Customer Success on our Large Enterprise prospects and global strategic clients.
Solutions Consultants are instrumental in the sales cycle, bringing technical and industry expertise to create compelling solutions.
As a Lead Solutions Consultant you will differentiate our offerings to help customers realize desired outcomes and benefits, proactively uncover their current and future states, and ultimately guide an end‑to‑end solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design compelling solutions that address customer business challenges and present a desired future state.
- Lead and document discovery sessions to understand client objectives and outcomes.
- Present a vision of the solution that meets client requirements and drives adoption and growth.
- Lead client workshops including whiteboarding, Q&A sessions, and trials.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and clear communicator to stakeholders from C‑suite to practitioners.
- Collaborate with the account team and presales team, ensuring timely and accurate administration.
- Provide prompt handoffs to Customer Success and create reusable collateral for the presales team.
- Document observations to influence future product capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant CX strategy and technical consulting experience.
- Experience in a presales role at a Saa S company managing large enterprise customers.
- Background in marketing, advertising, customer care, business intelligence, or commerce.
- Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, Business Intelligence, and Social Media platforms.
- Subject matter expertise in Customer Experience Management and industry trends.
- Strong communication skills and ability to command a room.
- Experience delivering presentations, workshops, and creating client stories.
- Ability to mentor and support cross‑team collaboration.
