Lead Solutions Consultant – Overview

Sprinklr is seeking a Lead Solutions Consultant to partner with Sales and Customer Success in serving large enterprise prospects and global strategic clients.

The role focuses on designing technology solutions, leading discovery and workshop sessions, and acting as a strategic advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to achieve revenue goals by owning the technical “win” as part of the account team.
  • Design compelling solutions that address a customer’s key business challenges and present a future state that delivers measurable outcomes.
  • Lead and document discovery sessions to understand the client’s business objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Present a vision of the solution that meets the client’s requirements and drives adoption and growth.
  • Lead client workshops (whiteboarding, Q&A, trials) to demonstrate solution value.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Customer Experience Management.
  • Keep current on industry trends, competition, and leverage internal learning and competitive intelligence.
  • Understand industry verticals, departments, and challenges faced by specific buyer personas within Sprinklr’s target market.
  • Develop client stories to convey the value of Sprinklr’s solution and enable champions to advocate on behalf of the product.
  • Continuously sharpen pre‑sales skills and participate in trade events.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in CX strategy and technical consulting.
  • Experience in a presales role at a Saa S company managing large enterprise customers.
  • Background in marketing, advertising, customer care, business intelligence, or commerce.
  • Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, Business Intelligence, and Social Media tools.
  • Thought leader with experience publishing white‑papers, speaking or blogging at industry events.
  • Creative thinker who can envision innovative customer experience solutions.
