Sprinklr seeks a seasoned sales professional to manage key accounts that generate significant revenue in the UKI region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate, and close large enterprise deals with senior executives such as CMOs and CTOs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders across client organizations to deliver customer‑centric solutions.
  • Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct market research and develop a deep understanding of the industry, competitors, and customer pain points to position Sprinklr’s platform effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that enable clients to achieve strategic goals.
  • Track opportunities, forecast accurately, and provide timely updates to management.

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably with SaaS deals.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, enterprise‑wide agreements.
  • Top 10% performer in current or previous organization.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High energy, coachability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to understand and influence decision makers across functions.
