Springwell Alternative Academy is seeking a Group Guide to support a specific group of students with complex SEMH needs. You will help plan transitions between lessons, provide a secure base for emotional regulation, and model calm, trusting interactions throughout the day.
You will build strong relationships with your group, support learning routines, and work within a collaborative team. GCSEs in Maths and English are expected; NVQ L3 or equivalent, or willingness to pursue, is welcomed.
