The predicted salary is between 31050 - 37950 £ per year.
This is a full time position and the hours are 8.30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Fridays.
The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK. We all have a statutory duty to “safeguard and promote the welfare of children” and the safety of our young people is paramount to us. At Springwell Alternative Academy Mablethorpe we have robust safeguarding practice and procedures, overseen by a very experienced Safeguarding Team.
Springwell Learning Community Lincolnshire is a collaboration of 4 schools across the county of Lincolnshire. Our aim is to provide the young people of Lincolnshire with high quality education that is bespoke to their individual needs, supporting both their academic and personal development. We work with young people that have either been permanently excluded or have been referred via the Lincolnshire Behavioural Inclusion Ladder, accessing an intervention place for 16 weeks. Regardless of how our young people arrive with us, our aims and goals are the same; to support the next steps of the young person, whether that is reintegration into mainstream, special or post 16 education.
