Wellspring Academy Trust in Lincoln is seeking a relief assistant caretaker to join our estates team. The role is casual with a zero-hours contract and requires no prior experience; full training is provided to help keep the school clean, safe and welcoming for pupils and staff.
You will perform cleaning duties, basic maintenance, report faults, store equipment safely, and participate in health and safety training to meet COSHH and safeguarding standards. Interviews will be conducted virtually.
