What will you be doing?
As a Care Worker, you will support people with their daily lives by:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily routines.
- Supporting washing, dressing and personal hygiene.
- Helping with mobility and everyday activities.
- Supporting meals, hydration and medication where required and authorised.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.
- Encouraging independence, choice and confidence.
- Following care plans and risk assessments.
- Recognising and reporting concerns or changes in a person's wellbeing.
- Maintaining accurate care records and respecting confidentiality.
