Our previous Home Manager has recently progressed into another leadership role within Care Concern Group - a reflection of the career opportunities available across our organisation. That means an exciting opportunity has become available for someone who shares our passion for quality care, great leadership and making a genuine difference every day.

Supported by an experienced leadership team and a Regional Director who believes in empowering Home Managers, you'll have the opportunity to build on this success, develop your people and help shape the future of an already thriving service.
As Home Manager you'll have full operational responsibility for the home, leading an experienced team while ensuring every resident receives outstanding, person-centred care. You'll be trusted to make decisions, empowered to lead your own team and supported by an experienced Regional Director and senior leadership team who believe great Home Managers deserve autonomy, not micromanagement.
