Springmount Dental & Aesthetics, founded by Malcolm and Katie Campbell, is a luxury dentistry practice with locations in Matlock and Chesterfield. The practice is known for its high-quality dentistry, state-of-the-art technology, and focus on patient care. Offering a range of cosmetic and restorative treatments, the practice prides itself on providing a smooth and effective patient journey.

This is a full-time dual-sited role for a Treatment Coordinator at Matlock and Chesterfield locations. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for treatment planning, providing excellent customer service, effective communication with patients, and assisting with dental care procedures. You will play a core part in the patient's luxury journey.

Requirements:

  • GDC Registered
  • Experience with private dental practices and lead conversion
  • Full Driving license to be able to go in-between practices and visit local communities to promote the practice.
  • Confident spokesperson to talk to patients, as well as be comfortable talking on videos for social media/website content.
  • Flexibility to work some Evenings/Saturdays where necessary to build the business and provide open days.
  • Knowledge of cosmetic and restorative treatments to help support our clinicians with special interests.
