With a focus on luxury and state-of-the-art technology, the practice offers a range of cosmetic and restorative treatments to enhance patient experience.
We have an exciting opportunity to welcome a Lead Dental Nurse to our growing team at Springmount Dental & Aesthetics. This position has opened due to our current lead nurse stepping into a new role within the practice.

What We're Looking For:
- A qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration
- Experience working in a dental practice

- Confidence in leading our nursing team and supporting all practice/management decisions, ensuring processes are followed thoroughly
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support our team of nurses, maintaining high clinical standards
- Ensure compliance with the latest CQC guidelines
- Assist with a range of procedures including cosmetic, implant, aesthetic, sedation, and general dentistry
- Organise and lead regular nurses' meetings
- Contribute to smooth day‐to‐day operations both clinically and administratively
- Take on further leadership and management responsibilities when the practice manager is away
Hours: Between 32 – 40.25 hours per week (Part‐time or full‐time considered)
Location: Springmount Dental & Aesthetics, Chesterfield S40 4SW
Pay: From £14.77 per hour, depending on experience
Benefits:
- 5.6 weeks paid leave per year (with the option to enhance annual leave package)
