Salary: £13.22 to £13.77 per hour (Band 3)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the retail team at Springhill Hospice as a Shop Support Manager. This is a varied and rewarding role providing management cover across our network of hospice shops, leading volunteers, driving sales, and ensuring excellent standards of customer service and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Day‑to‑day running of shops in the absence of the Shop Manager.
  • Supporting income generation and maximising Gift Aid.
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and volunteers.
  • Performing routine shop operations and providing cover on a bank basis (minimum one shift per month).
