Overview
Are you passionate about retail and want to make a real difference in your local community? We have a great opportunity for you to join our small and friendly team as Shop Support Manager. Our role is to assist the Retail Development Manager and provide management support for sickness, holidays and vacancies across our shops, ensuring we never lose a day’s sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Retail Development Manager with shop operations.
- Provide management support during sickness, holidays and staff vacancies.
- Ensure shops remain open to generate vital income for the Hospice.
- Build and maintain high standards of customer service and shop performance.

- Retail experience that enables you to build good relationships across our shops, meet targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with existing teams and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Availability for weekend work and driving is essential.
